We've hunted down hampers that actually work for people avoiding gluten—and many that cater to dairy free diets too. What matters here is that nothing feels like a compromise. Whether you're sending something to a Glasgow friend who's coeliac, or you're after a hamper that works around multiple dietary needs, these aren't afterthought selections. They're proper hampers, just without the gluten.
The good news for Glasgow shoppers is that these all deliver reliably across the city, so you can send a genuinely useful gift without the faff of tracking down specialist shops or worrying about what's safe to eat. We've picked hampers that span everything from afternoon tea spreads to cheese and charcuterie, so there's something for different tastes and occasions.
For the Glasgow recipient who deserves something a bit more indulgent, this luxury option lets you choose whether to include alcohol, which matters if you're buying for someone with multiple dietary requirements. The inclusion of a gift card also means they can swap anything that doesn't suit them—thoughtful when you're buying blind.
If someone in Glasgow's mentioned missing afternoon tea since going gluten free, this hamper brings that experience back. Proper tea-time treats without the worry—it's the kind of gift that says you've really thought about what they're missing, not just what they can't eat.
Tea time and savoury together: scones and spreads paired with cheese and chutney. This hamper works brilliantly if you're buying for someone who likes a bit of everything, or who's hosting and needs gluten free options that actually feel special enough to serve guests.
Cheese and cider is a pairing that shouldn't work this well, but it does. This one's ideal if you're after something a touch more grown-up and want to avoid alcohol altogether—the cider's a real crowd-pleaser for Glasgow dinners and entertaining.
Everything you'd want for a Glasgow picnic—cheese, nibbles, the lot—without the gluten catch. Pack this in a bag and it's ready to go. Brilliant for someone who's fed up with bringing their own snacks when friends gather in Glasgow Green or head out the Clyde Valley way.
